This is a key site for the centre of Southsea, and as such we take the views of the local community seriously, so please do send us your feedback on or plans.

We have now held two public consultation events regarding the future of the former Debenhams building.

We displayed our plans for the site to the public and 83% of those who responded supported our plans.

The feedback was incorporated into a report, which along with the planning application, has now been submitted to Portsmouth City Council.
